For the six years Organic Sandwich Company has been in business, customers have been wowed by the fresh, creative, and oh so satisfying sandwich and soup offerings. These are not your standard grab-and-gos. Staff favorite Veggie or Turkey Rueben (with locally-made ginger turmeric sauerkraut, turkey, tomatoes, aged white cheddar, sriracha aioli, grilled to perfection on locally-baked French country bread) underscores the trademark uniqueness all on its own. Now that we’re officially in soup season, Owner Marcy Miller is adding seasonal favorites on menus, such as Roasted Butternut Squash and Sage, Cauliflower Chowder, and Grass-fed Beef Stew, sourcing quality ingredients from local farms, Kilt Farm and Buckner Family Farm. “Our community has been so supportive, and we feel fortunate to serve hand-crafted sandwiches, soups, and sides to the wonderful people of Boulder, Louisville, and surrounding areas,” says Owner Marcy Miller.
